Sono state rese note ieri pomeriggio le nomination dei Golden Globe, fra i più importanti premi del cinema e delle serie tv americhe.

Incetta di candidature (5) per la storia di amore saffico raccontata da Todd Haynes in Carol. Lungometraggio interpretato da Cate Blanchett e Rooney Mara (entrambe nominate come migliori attrici), protagoniste di una storia d’amore nella New York anni cinquante.

Quattro le nomination per The big short, film sulla crisi finanziaria e per The Revenant, lungometraggio di Alejandro Iñárritu e per la pellicola Steve Jobs. Tre nomination per il nuovo film di Quentin Tarantino, The hateful eight.

Fra gli attori nominati ci sono Leonardo DiCaprio, Bryan Cranston (il Walter White di Breaking Bad) e Michael Fassbender.

Nella categoria miglior serie tv drammatica non poteva mancare Game of thrones. Inserito nel quintetto insieme ad Empire, Mr. Robot, Narcos e Outlander.
